Abstract

This roundtable session will examine issues faced by minorities in the academic debate community. We will focus on current or proposed action plans undertaken by the CEDA community that seek to enhance the conditions and access of these underrepresented groups. Paying particular attention to recruitment and retention efforts, this session will cut across a variety of issues related to the enhancement of diversity in academic debate.
