Session Submission Type: Panel Discussion
Recognizing the power of the Executive Branch to shape American life, this roundtable disucssion convenes leading First Amendment scholars to address the issues and implications posed by our constitutional crisis its significance for the nations communication environment. Discussion will be shaped through the multi-disciplinary perspectives and extensive scholarship of the participants. Following the formal discussion, audience members will be invited to join in a broader discussion of the state and direction our national communication environment.
