Abstract

This roundtable discussion seeks to provide participants and audience members with the opportunity to share successful and unsuccessful recruitment strategies, as well as experiences related to recruitment. The panelists represent a diverse cross section of the United States geographically, as well as representing viewpoints from community colleges, state universities and private colleges. The goal of the discussion is to provide coaches and directors with ideas to revamp the recruitment strategies of their own programs.
