The Marie Hochmuth Nichols Award Spotlight on Scholarship

Abstract

The panel seeks to profile the scholarly merits of the 2007 Nichols' Award recipient's work beyond the PAD business meeting. The Award, given annually by the PAD,, to an outstanding scholarly book or monograph from the previous year, is one of the highest honors bestowed by the division. Participants, including past recipients of the award and the current panel of judges for this year's entry, will discuss the winning entry's contributions to the discipline in "round table" format. The 2007 award recipient (TBA) will respond.
