Abstract

The study shows that there is a big difference in the responsibility frame. The U.S. government and news media accused the rogue states leaders on the grounds that they are responsible for the current terrorism and war. On the contrary, the rogue state leader blamed the U.S., its allies, and the news media as a perpetrator of conflicts and terrorism.
