From a queer feminist science perspective, this paper analyzes a nature documentary "Our Universe,” offering a different perspective on humans’ relationship
with the natural world, one that is informed by the frameworks of Donna Haraway. The purpose of this paper is to critically analyze the ways in which nonhuman entities are portrayed to envision alternative ways to understand and depict them. This paper challenges
heteronormative and anthropocentric worldviews and rejects the disconnection between humans and the natural world, inviting readers to reimagine human-nonhuman relationships and move towards more queer and feminist ways of coexisting with nonhumans.
