Navigating Transitions Along Continuums
Kalamazoo, Michigan
November 1–4, 2012

Regardless of your research area, we encourage you to consider your work through the perspective of the conference theme, Navigating Transitions Along Continuums. By collectively focusing on critical issues related to transitions, the conference will contribute to a better understanding of how to effectively navigate them. The relationship of proposals to the theme will be one of the reviewing criteria.

A few things to keep in mind as you prepare your proposal:

  • All proposals must be submitted in English electronically as a Microsoft Word .doc document (NOT .docx) through the All-Academic System.
  • There will be time for only minor revisions to accepted papers, thus it is essential to carefully format proposals according to the proceedings guidelines (MS Word file).
  • Each person should be presenting author for at most one Research Report.
  • Page limits for all session types include references.
  • As part of the submission process, you may be asked to identify which one of the ten strands best describe your proposal. This strand selection will be used to assign reviewers.
  • As part of the submission process, you will also be asked to identify the theme, type of research methodology and up to four key words from a keyword list.
