Biography:
Jessica Dym Bartlett, MSW, PhD is Deputy Program Area Director in the early childhood and child welfare program areas at Child Trends. She conducts applied research on resilience to early childhood trauma and adversity, with a focus on identifying parent, family, and broader contextual factors that contribute to resilience. Specifically, her research and evaluation work focus on informing child and family policy and practice. In addition, Dr. Bartlett is an experienced clinician and infant/early childhood mental health consultant.
