Biography:
Dr. Douglas Teti is a developmental and family scientist and head of the Dept. of Human Development and Family Studies at the Pennsylvania State University. His research focuses on family processes relating to parent and child sleep and early development. He is the principal investigator of the SIESTA research program (Study of Infants’ Emergent Sleep TrAjectories), funded by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. His current projects examine the role of infant/child sleep, parenting, and coparenting intervention in the development of children’s development and family functioning.
