Abstract

Overall stress levels during the COVID-19 panic are at all-time high. Our multiple responsibilities, academic expectations, and personal life may be far from healthy. However, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Please join our friendly conversation as we discuss what works and what doesn’t, on how to keep your priorities in check, and share our own definition of self-care. The discussants welcome attendee questions, comments, and ideas as we discuss a range of topics.
