Unidos: Secondary Analyses in Unity with the MSHS Community

• In Event: New Opportunities to Study the Understudied: Secondary Analyses with Two Federal Datasets

Abstract

Three presenters will discuss their experiences with accessing and analyzing secondary data from AI/AN FACES study and from the MSHS study. Discussion will focus on collaborating with communities to access the data and identify questions of interest; establishing a preliminary review and approach; exploring available resources; identifying hypotheses and an analyses plan; through consulting on interpretation and additional analyses. The essential processes of this community work and secondary analyses with understudied population will be highlighted.
