Oppression leads to social injustice and is a part of everyday life. This paper examines Young's (1990) Five Faces of Oppression model to analyze oppression and social injustice, looks at Ungar's (2004) model for examining social work practice as a postmodernist, and then discusses ethical decision making, using Dolgoff, Loewenberg, and Harrington's (2005) ethical principles screen. Audience members will have a chance to look at using these models in their own work.
