TAS encourages all members to participate in the 2018 meeting as well as invites new Texas scientists to share their scholarly work. Each contributed presentation, poster, or symposium presentation requires an abstract.
Oral presentations and posters will be considered in our TAS sections:

- Conservation Ecology
- Freshwater Science
- Marine Science
- Mathematics and Computer Science
- Physics and Engineering
- Plant Biology
- STEM Education
- Systematics & Evolutionary Biology
- Terrestrial Ecology and Management
We have a graduate student presentation competition option. If you are a graduate student and want to enter this competition, please select the “Graduate Student Paper Competition” as your section. Submissions will be reviewed separately. If accepted for the competition, you will be able to compete in the new Graduate Student Competition symposia. If not selected for the competition, your submission will be transferred to the most appropriate section. Please note, this is open to graduate students only, and it is for presentations only (not posters).
Please note that a talk is referred to as a "oral presentation" in this submission process.
