2026 ASA Annual Meeting in Chicago

Submission Deadline: Sunday, March 1, 2026 (11:59pm Pacific Time)

• Session types and descriptions have changed for 2026! We strongly encourage you to review the various session types and align your proposal with the correct session type before developing a proposal.  We encourage proposals in creative formats.
• All participants in your proposed session must be members in order for you to submit your proposal. Please allow extra time to ensure that all your participants are 2026 members in ASA’s membership system before submitting your proposal.
• Word counts for abstracts and bios have been shortened! Please plan ahead and make sure your submissions adhere to the shorter word counts.
• All sessions run for 90 minutes, so plan your proposal accordingly.
• No late submissions can be accepted. Please plan ahead and make sure you will still have sufficient time to submit if you encounter unexpected errors or difficulties with the submission system.
• We look forward to receiving your proposal for the 2026 annual meeting!
